Founder, President and (CEO) Chief Executive Officer, a recognized leader in the public and private domain. His social, business, civic involvements lead to numerous appointments on the city, state and national levels. Culminating in 2 invites to the White House, serving on the Governor of Illinois transition team and an appointed leadership role in the Department of Human Services, Bureau of Pharmacy. His private entrepreneurial visionary spirit led to the creation of numerous successful business enterprises. Khalil’s life is shaped by a strong scientific core belief system and is a devoted student of history and philosophy. When time allows it, a golf game with friends.

Hollye Hills

Hollye L. Hills is Consultant and (COO) Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations of WYTH. Her background is in helping start-up organizations in technology, healthcare and government to scale from inception to exit through her role as (CEO) Chief Executive Officer of Pleiades Consulting Group, LLC. She is also Board Member and (CEO) Chief Executive Officer of Collaboration of Integrated Healthcare, Inc. Serving as thought partner to the CEO of WYTH and other key executives on the executive team, including the formation of product and market strategies and the implementation of improved processes and technologies. Driving company results from both an operational, financial, and impact perspective. Driving operational excellence across the organization, champion systems, processes, and policies improvements. Leading the execution of the strategic plan for discreet areas of direct oversight. Overseeing daily operations of the organization and the cross- functional work of executives/management. She has been in the consulting field for 28 years.

Experience with companies includes large worldwide organizations, large nationwide companies, mid-size multi-state organizations and start-ups. Industry experience includes: home health, specialty pharmacy, infusion therapy, hospital, healthcare manufacturer, information technology, public accounting, travel industry, aerospace/defense and automobile supply manufacturer.

Erik Yassenoff

Erik Yassenoff has spent over twenty years working in public policy at the federal, state, and local levels of government. Among his numerous professional positions, he served on the policy staff for two Ohio Governors (Bob Taft and John Kasich), as Deputy Director for General Services at the Ohio Department of Administrative Services, and as an elected local City Council Member. He earned a B.A. in history and political science from The George Washington University and an M.A. in public policy and management from The Ohio State University. Erik Yassenoff engages in numerous hobbies in his spare time, including reading history and public policy books, astronomy, tennis, gardening, and participating in various community service organizations. He lives in Granville, Ohio with his wife and children.

Celia Even

Celia is an innovative thought leader in higher education, marketing, and digital media with experience representing many national, regional and local brands. She spends her days connecting businesses to valuable training, grant funding, and resources at an Iowa College, then spends her free time connecting local families to free family fun activities in their community through Macaroni KID. She works heavily in economic development and has a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration from the University of South Dakota with previous degrees in Human Services and Healthcare fields. Celia is a California girl at her roots, but has been enjoying growing her family in the Midwest for several years. She is PTO President in a local school district and board member for the Salvation Army. She is a proud wife and mother of two boys, living on an acreage in Iowa.

Bryan Farris

First and foremost, Bryan is a Dealmaker and Bridge-Builder in Business and in the Community. While others look at why things can’t be done for fear of being wrong, he looks for ways to make things happen with the objective of being right. While his training is in law, Bryan is anything but a “typical attorney” having had multiple lucrative exits from businesses founded by him, including the recent sale of his Apparel Decorating company and commercial real estate; the sale of his Oil and Gas Exploration company; and the exit from his independent energy brokerage bridging the gap between private investors and the technical resources of the energy industry. Currently, Bryan is an Angel Investor and Advisor to Soar, Inc.; Summit Venture Studios; Accelerate Ventures; and TinyHomies, LLC. Mr. Farris received a Juris Doctorate degree from J. REUBEN CLARK LAW SCHOOL, BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIVERSITY where he was the Chair International Board of Advocates, Member of the International Commercial Arbitration and International Moot Court Teams and won the American Jurisprudence Award in International Commercial Arbitration. Bryan was also Solicitations Editor, Lead Articles Editor and Associate Editor on the Journal of Law and Education and had his article “Educational Choice: School Vouchers after Jackson v. Benson, the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program,” published in B.Y.U. Education and Law Journal, Summer 1999. Mr. Farris received a Bachelor of Arts, with Honors in Economics from UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY. Mr. Farris has been married since 1999 to Renee and is the father of 6 Children. Mr. Farris has been a travel baseball and basketball coach for a number of years.

Jerry Kavouras

Jerry is an accomplished and collaborative information technology manager with over 30 years of experience and expertise in program management, stakeholder and client management, client delivery, and application development. Prior to joining the WYTH team, Jerry held director roles at United Airlines and Aon. In addition to his technology skills, Jerry has great interpersonal and communication skills to manage and develop colleagues as well as liaise across departments. Jerry graduated from the University of Illinois - at Chicago with a BA in Math & Computer Science, and outside of the workplace he enjoys playing volleyball and all sorts of do-it-yourself home improvement projects. He also feeds his entrepreneurial spirit as an owner of a kickboxing studio for the past 5 years.

Chandrakanth Paladugu

Professional - Cloud-Native & DevSecOps Architect, and active contributor to K8s security, monitoring and observability technologies. 15+ years of IT Hands-on Experience, plus 9+ years of leadership experience being DevSecOps platform hands-on engineer, owner & director.
Outside work - Love random road trips, hiking, kayaking, car racing, traveling, spending time with family, cooking and binge watching avengers.

Stephanie Sweiss

Stephanie Sweiss is the Senior Director of Driver Relations. For the past 10+ years, she has a background as a Director of Operations for a public transportation company involved with managing over 11,000 over the road vehicles. Focused responsibilities for recruitment, logistics and retention in office operations and staffing. Her private entrepreneurial visionary spirit also led to the creation of numerous successful business enterprises.
Stephanie is considered a family orientated person, she is a mother to 2 young daughters. In her spare time, she volunteers for her daughter's school functions, where she acts as Vice President for the Parent Teacher Organization. Besides spending time with her family, she likes to take bike rides, walks, and traveling to different countries.

Over 7 years of experience as a part time entrepreneur with 2 successful startups & acquisitions under my belt. I am passionate about solving problems using good old programming with a touch of AI. When I am not in front of the computer I can be found spending time with my daughter, playing video games or watching Suits on Netflix.

Steven Suggett

After earning his Computer Science degree at Lewis University, Steven joined the Wyth team. Steven has been programming since he was 10 years old, where he wrote scripts and code for his recreational gaming projects. With his Computer Science studies and recreational practice Steven was able to help develop the Wyth app in its early stages. When he's not programming, Steven likes to play card and video games, go on hikes, and play tennis and dodgeball. In recent years in an effort to stay safe, he spends a lot of his time playing and coaching Dota 2. His three favorite animals are Sloths, Bumblebees, and Anteaters in no particular order; although, he's too afraid of being stung to do anything but appreciate a Bumblebee from a distance.

I’m excited to be joining the Wyth team! I’m currently working at an online school as a multimedia designer, and I’m looking forward to utilizing those skills to help revitalize the look and feel of the app! When I’m not working I try to be outside as much as I can, usually hiking, kayaking, or just going for a good run. But if it’s cold or raining you’ll find me inside watching movies, painting, or drawing on my iPad. I can’t wait to get started on designing the app interface and giving Wyth the modern look and usability it deserves.

Kelsey comes from a marketing, project management, and administrative work background. I am currently pursuing my PMP license to bolster my project management skills. I am from Denver, Colorado and absolutely love my home state. When I'm not working, I enjoy playing guitar in my band Thousand Frames, hanging out with my family and friends, going to concerts, and finding new restaurants to try.

Hasham Tauhidi is a Project Manager with several years of experience working alongside multicultural executive teams. Hasham specializes in maximizing operational efficiency and effectiveness, responsible for educating other employees on using techniques and tools to facilitate waste and error reduction. He is a prolific reader with a profound interest in traveling to remote, lesser known places and wildernesses.

Taylor Thigpen

Taylor is our expert in all things social media! With over half a decade of experience with social media management, her creative content and efficient marketing strategy speaks for itself. Before joining us at WYTH, she served as the Director of Social Media at a digital marketing agency for a year.

She spends her days curating much of the content you see while connecting with WYTH through our social platforms. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Science. Taylor is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, but relocated her passion and creativity to North Texas in 2020.

Jesus Guzman studied at Lewis University and Graduated in Computer Science and Graphic Design. His career consisted of video game development/ Lightning Programmer in Webfoot Technologies, IT at Lewis University, and currently assists in Freelancing and assisting Wyth various projects and marketing. He is currently the Website Administrator and assists in Technology and Marketing at Wyth. Jesus’ hobby currently includes traveling around with friends and going to conventions and tournaments. During his off time, he likes to work on other personal projects and keep himself busy with keeping up to date with technology.

Having a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. He is an experienced Mobile Application Developer having more than 4 years of experience in Android native app development and 2 plus years in Flutter app development for cross platforms development pertaining to both Android and IOS. Having been involved with the entire lifecycle of the app he demonstrates strong command in multiple genres of apps like cab booking apps, delivery services apps, classified ads apps, social apps, utility apps and custom apps etc.

Dr. Clinton Purtell

Dr. Clinton Purtell is a professor of entrepreneurship and strategy at the University of North Texas. He also serves as the Associate Director of the Jim McNatt Institute for Logistics Research. Dr. Purtell sits on the investment boards of a number of venture capital groups, and actively mentors executives of start-ups, assists with start-up strategies, and engages in consulting. His research interests include entrepreneurial pitches, negotiations, corporate entrepreneurship, and supply chain innovation. He is an accomplished entrepreneur, franchisee, and corporate executive, with experience in corporate entrepreneurship, acquisitions and operations from several Fortune 500 and Euro 50 firms. Dr Purtell successfully launched and sold a franchise consulting company and launched a new consultancy in 2016. His "dual edge" experience gives him a unique perspective on entrepreneurial challenges inside, outside, and between ventures. He has taught undergraduate and graduate level courses at the Spear’s School of Business, Oklahoma State University (OSU), the Neely School of Business, Texas Christian University (TCU), and the G. Brint Ryan College of Business, University of North Texas (UNT).

Dr. Seth Ketron

Dr. Seth Ketron has a PhD in Marketing from the University of North Texas and is
currently a Clinical Assistant Professor with UNT’s New College. Dr. Ketron conducts
research in sensory marketing, information processing, and other domains of consumer
behavior, and his work has been published in several journals, including Journal of Retailing, Journal of Business Research, European Journal of Marketing, Psychology and Marketing, Journal of Product and Brand Management, and Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services. Dr.Ketron also teaches courses in retailing, consumer behavior, and research/analytics and is engaged in consulting on marketing-related aspects of business. Prior to earning his PhD, Dr. Ketron worked in corporate retailing (specifically in allocation roles) for JCPenney and the TJX Companies. Outside of work, Dr. Ketron is a vocalist in a New Wave (80s) cover band called Blue Monday, and he also writes mystery novels. Dr. Ketron and his husband love doing escape rooms, going to museums, shopping, and finding new and interesting restaurants to try.
